The staff are very kind, bed was amazing, the spa area was to die for. Dinner included was hot pot ( very yummy!) And breakfast to choose from Chinese ( best one) to Western style. The room was everything we dreamed of , had a spa bath with hot spring water overlooking the mountains and river.

The location was perfect. The onsen was very good. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The onsen in the room was big too. More than enough space for 2 people. The hotpot dinner was delicious especially the beef one. The Chinese breakfast is much better than the English breakfast unless you like French fries. Overall, a very nice place. Highly recommend.

Great CP value. Very quiet area, confy. Not so old and rundown than some ppl said, was expecting worst bcz of the reviews, but it exceed my expectations, it was kind of casual quality. Great hot/cold bath room. Great staff. I've liked the style of the room and hotel in general.

The hotel was very good. It was built in Japanese style, so it was clean, especially satisfying to relieve travel fatigue while taking a hot spring bath, and the breakfast was also very satisfactory.

Unique style overall, every small detail is tastefully designed. Two bars - one with a garden, one with a balcony from which you can see 101. We had a room with balcony and the view was just breathtaking. Staff was super friendly and helpful whenever we approached them. Location is in a nice neighbourhood with many nice restaurants within walking distance. We fell in love with this hotel!
