Special request was to do something special for the honeymoon couple. Room was upgraded on arrival, they were also given a complementary couples neck and shoulder massage and later in the week also a complimentary snack trya at the pool. 5 Stars does not even being to rate the staff and establishment. Aurora boutique hotel Set in a nice garden, this lovely hotel features a few spacious rooms overlooking the swimming pool. Attention to details is evident everywhere around the property, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Friendly and helpful staff as well as the owners, Marisa and Simone, the restaurant chef. Delicious breakfast and a very distinctive dinner menu. Beach in walking distance, private parking available. Definitely recommended!

The location is stunning, and the beach looks incredibly beautiful when the ocean isn’t receding due to the “tidal” changes. We were a group of four, and we rented a car, choosing this accommodation so we could explore the beaches in this area before heading to the well-known Kendwa/Nungwi region. The accommodation was exactly to our liking, very cozy, with a gorgeous garden and breathtaking views. They have a type of window in the bedrooms that closes at night, yet you can still hear the ocean through the cracks, and the feeling is amazing. The breakfast was more than sufficient and extremely tasty. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful when needed. There were times when we had dinner at the hotel, and the food was unbelievably delicious. The quality-to-price ratio was more than perfect. Thank you for the feelings felt and for the care taken during the holiday!

The hotel has good philosophical writings on the wall. Sometimes it's enough to look up and you have a reminder to relax, enjoy, eat and drink. The owners and staff are great. The environment is cleaned, rooms are cleaned daily, towels and outdoor towels are changed daily. The food is delicious, and there is a considerable selection. The breakfast has changed a little during the 6 days, the hotel's best choice is to provide yogurt. Wi-Fi is OK. Very safe both day and night. Perfect access to the ocean, of course this part of the island has high tides, but at low tide you can swim in the pool which is cleaned every morning. Late check-out was possible. Helps organize excursions and taxis. Not only would I recommend, but I would choose this place again myself. Thanks to the owners for the freedom, good condition and atmosphere. Asante sana.

For several reasons, we had to postpone our stay at Mango Beach House, in Jambiani, three times in the past. Finally, 2025 was the year for something long awaited. The expectations were high, but the reality surpassed them. A dream spot, right on the beach. The facilities, the outdoor and sea temperature , the sound of the crows, the breeze and the waves, the laughter of the children at night playing football on the beach, the food (delicious breakfast and wonderful meals), the friendliness and availability of the hosts made us wish that it could be our 'forever home'. And the truth is that during our stay we felt that it was also our home, thanks to the warm welcome from Beth, Dhula, our extraordinary chef Hemé (don't know how to spell it) and all the rest of the staff. There was also the opportunity to do some additional activities suggested and organized by Beth, namely a boat trip in typical Dhow, through the beautiful waters of Jambiani, as well as an unforgettable Mangrove tour, which ended at sunset, in a vibrant atmosphere in a bar in Michamvi. Beth and Team, thank you so much for the hospitality 🥰. We will see each other again some day. Ana and Luís - Portugal - March 2025

A peaceful and welcoming town with a strong sense of community and a safe, relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a peaceful part of town, where there were noticeably fewer street vendors selling beads and souvenirs compared to other areas. This made the atmosphere even more calm and relaxing, allowing us to fully enjoy the local charm without feeling overwhelmed.

If you have only stayed at Sheraton, Marriott, Ritz, King George or similar hotels - this is not your place. But if you are looking for clean beaches, clear sea, delicious food, peace, close contact with nature, friendly and courteous staff - this is it. There are many bars and small restaurants along the coast that offer a variety of food. In addition, in the town (of course African) you can buy products that are very fresh, and the people are friendly. Here you can buy handmade jewelry and souvenirs from the local population and the Masai.

Jerry is a wonderful Location next to the beach. We stayed there for 4 days and enjoyed it The staff was very helpful and supportive. The rooms are nice and clean. And Jambiani is a nice and quiet place to stay. Next time I would go there again.

beautiful beach!!!!

beautiful beach!!!! However not the best beach for bathing because when is lower tide you simply have to walk to much for a swim. beach in the north are better if you have kids. Much more quiet than Page and less windy as well. Very safe neighborhood with nice restaurants.

Its a remote beach far away from the airport, it took me 1:30 hours to reach, and with a late flight u reach a gost city, no place to buy a sim card, to exchaeg money, taxi drivers are like sharks, the road is narrow, not lit, not fully paved, my old taxi driver did an accident, the beaches are amazing, great white sands, cool lovely waters, but tides are very low and high over the same day. 50 meters away from the beach and you are out of the paradise into a nondeveloped village, prices are as high as euorpe and the service quality is almost nil.

The pool was heaven , they organised a party for me since it was my birthday and Kunal is the manager there very accomodating and kind to the staff. It was luxurious, the room aesthetics were pleasing . They have grocery list if you want to cook , the aircon works perfectly compared to my previous hotel . It is newly opened and facilities are great . I can say 10/10 it was my best stay in Zanzibar . You will definitely not regret. They have sister hotels near the beach , if you want to visit during the day they just call a cab for you .

Ahmed and his staff were always friendly and happy to help and provide advice. The rooms were cleaned and tidied everyday. The restaurant has one of the best views in Jambiani and one of the best quality with fairly priced items on the menu, I didn't feel the need to look anywhere else for food or drinks. The hotel is located in a very calm part of the beach, you could hear the waves and wind all day long which was perfect to relax.

A big thank you for the staff, extremely helpful and friendly. The location is good, given that Jambiani is very stretched. Easy access to the beach and from there all kind of restaurants as well. The hotel has also a good Italian restaurant. Very clean and good phonic isolation. It feels great how they made an oasis of green plants . And also the Christmas decorations made it special. Airco doing its job for a good night sleep
