The staff was amazing!! The Reception had a catalogue full of daytrips to choose from and organised everything for us. And the waiters were really lovely. They always served fresh fruits for breakfast and warm & cold dishes. And for dinner we had a delicious 4 course menu with lots of option to choose from. The premises are wonderful and the view of the ocean (from room and dining hall) is incredible.

Gorgeous location, hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. They even went to the nearest town to get milk and water for us (due to location shops are a car ride away). Onsite restaurant is wonderful, lovely warm staff who were fab with my little girl. Amazing pools and the villa is exceptional.

A magical and quiet place, suitable for families. Every time we discovered new things. It is recommended to rent a car and travel independently. The locals are very kind and willing to help, and Google Maps also works wonderfully, so there is no problem driving. The roads are not like in Israel, but they have undergone significant improvement and are reasonable for driving. You should take into account driving on the left side and the fact that the road is also used by pedestrians, bicycles and animals. It is recommended to drive carefully, especially at night.

After visiting a beautiful place in Nungwi i went to visit this place. Rooms are old-fashioned with no TV. There are too many mosquitoes. You end up being a murder. My advice is to take pictures of the room because the manager will make you pay for unknown damages. Being a Level 3 Genius Member , this was a letdown. Great staff and good hotel, atmosphere out the room is beautiful due to location and scenery. The chefs serve amazing food, won't lie.

Everybody at Hekaya was super friendly and nice. We enjoyed every day and felt like home. The dinner menue was new every day and food quality was exceptional. The garden tour with John was very nice. Thanks for the Aloe Vera for my sun burn 😀. Boat tours start right in front of the hotel. For the time of low tide ( it is very shallow ) the pool is very nice.

I chose this place for our honeymoon and it was the best decision! Very comfortable and clean room. Really friendly staff and personal service - they were very helpful. The location is great - on the beach, the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely recommend to friends and we will stay again if we are back in Zanzibar.

The staff was friendly and helpful, except the reception. Especially good service by Wimbi diving team, that operates at site. The beach was good and sunbeds around the pool comfortable. Plenty of trees growing at the hotel area, so it’s nicely green. Good wifi. Towels were changed daily.
