One of the best hotels in Lviv. Very kind staff members and the service was fantastic. They helped us a lot when we had some plan changes - They tried their best to get us another room in the hotel for unplanned extended days.. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. I did not expect to stay in a modern, nicely designed hotel when I found out I would have to travel to war-torn Ukraine for a conference. Everything 😁. The room was so incredibly comfortable. I had the most fab view of the square. And it was such a quiet room too. The bathroom facilities in the room were like my own private spa. I simply cannot recommend this hotel more highly. It is excellent and the location is also excellent.
