The staff was very courteous, friendly, the hotel is easily accessible from many directions, is serene, parking, wifi, and breakfast were all free and great. The air-conditioned room is very clean, bed is comfortable, hot water shower is available, telephone and TV were all working perfectly. I will stay again.

I had an amazing experience during my stay! The room was impeccably clean, and the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel offered various events, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options, and the food in the hotel restaurants was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Right from booking hotel was v responsive. Chauffeur for airport pickup was great giving a running commentary on things we saw along the way. Muhammad at reception was so welcoming and helpful! Judith and the restaurant ladies were amazing!

A very nice hotel.

A very nice hotel. The location was not very central, but not too bad. You could move about the town easily. The facilities and staff were great, very accommodating. Very clean with a lot of beautiful touches.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay!

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay! The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to comfort made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The route road from the main road to the hotel is not tarmac like most roads in Uganda, It didn’t bother me a lot.
