The service of the staff was amazing, they were ready for everything we could need, even cleaning our shoes after the gorilla trekking! The food was also outstanding. The start of the trekking is also only 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk.

EVERYTHING. It was in an amazing location overlooking Bwindi, with astonishing views. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff, Jennifer in particular were amazing. I even got a push start when my battery went :) The food was delicious. If you are considering booking here, then please do! It was the best place we stayed in the whole if Uganda & Rwanda. The view & the people <3 We had a great time with Nelly and the team. They were all so welcoming and helpful. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Nelly is just lovely. Everything is perfect, one of our favorite accomodations so far! Such a beautiful place in nature. Richard and the staff is very attentive, the dinner and breakfast is very delicious. Everything is just amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Mianzi Guest House, the rooms were simple but spacious and clean, the common area was very nice to sit in, the breakfast and dinner were fantastic. But what really stood out was the staff, Emma and his team really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay, they provided everything we needed, even joined us on our tours. We planned to stay 3 nights but ended up staying 5, i think thats telling enough how good it was :) Oh and the view of the Volcanoes in the morning is absolutely incredible!

Incredibly helpful staff. Ivan not only helped us book bus tickets, but also brought us to the bus stop and waited with us until it came, which was a couple of hours. We would have been lost without him.

I recommend this accomodation to everybody coming to Kisoro. It is peacful, green, calm. The garden is amazing and could serve as a destinaton on its own. The host is the kindest imaginable and will cater to your every need. The breakfast is also very tasty.
