The room had a bad smell the security latch on the door was broken and hanging on one screw the staff was rude bed had a hair in it and nothing was clean. No one took pride in there work I ask for extra pillows and towels they never came. If you want to have a good night stay book a Hilton or Marriott. This hotel is perfect if you want to do drugs.

Front desk did not check us in properly, so security demanded she leave several times, the phone in our room did not work, so she stayed up all night afraid and she has dementia. We were told we would get our money back, but you know that never
happened.

Nothing. I booked a room for my family. Upon checking in the front desk rude lady told me she couldn't find my reservation. When I showed her my reservation, she then said the hotel was sold out! I paid for my room ahead. And instead of giving me what I paid for, she offered a broom closet with one single bed for a family of 4!!! then they refused to cancel my reservations and give me a refund

I wanted to reserved a room at the Days inn West Hayward but in was sent to Antioch,which I called and cancelled.Now there saying I lost my money's a no show but I spoke with the manager&was told I'd get my moey
