Coming from Europe we fell in love with Napili beach during our honeymoon many years ago. The Mauian Hotel was the affordable solution for us with kids. We also didn't want one of those huge, anonymous places to stay and were not disappointed. The Mauian is one of the most beautiful resorts we have been to: lots of huge palm and plumeria trees. The vegetation shows that it is not a new resort but one that has been there for many many years. The pool in the middle of the resort is not the newest or biggest but everybody meets there for barbecueing and sozialising. The beach is just perfect! Many guests revisit and know each other - very familiar and family orientated (which also means quite a lot of rules like e.g. pool hours annd quiet time) We absolutely loved everything: the torches, the room, the gardens, the beach, the security guy.....

Everything that you need for an extended stay is already provided. Such as dishwasher tabs and detergent for clothes. Apartment is clean, spacious and gorgeous. Beach is very close and the location of the unit is in the perfect place on the island. Parking lot is provided which is amazing.

    The town happens to be located on the serene side of Maui. Waves 2-4 foot. Beginner surfing. Extremely clear waters to snorkel. Shops and food abound, golf and luxury nearby. For the vacation goer who likes people.

    Close to beach, Duke resturant was superb, nice vibe. Staff was very friendly. The location we were originally booked at had no air conditioning and my wife has some respiratory issues, KMB moved us from a previous location and the new location really improved my wife’s condition!!! We did see a number of under age children in the hot tub at night, sometimes w/o supervision. We did notify security and they promptly arrive and notified the parents- it was handled very professionally-well done!

    You ask about breakfast, there was no breakfast?? The car rental at the airport went smoothly. The studio apt. was well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler etc. It was nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable, there were plenty of sheets and towels. Kitchen well supplied. good not to have to get paper towel, kleenex, toilet paper, etc. All necessary cooking equipment was provided.

    Suites were huge, plenty of room for our whole family of 6 to hang out in. Pool was great and the beach was lovely. Good food caravans near by for dinner options and a supermarket and restaurants across the road
