Simply put, it was great. Nick and Bachir, the general manager and receptionist respectively, were extremely caring and polite. We asked if a room with sea views was still available and they made it happen. Thanks again! The location in Laguna Beach is also perfect, not too close to the very touristy places but within easy walking distance. The property is right on the beach and you can sit on the beach and watch the amazing sunset while having dinner if you bring your own food. The property was also very clean which is probably the most important thing for me when staying in a hotel. The price is totally ok. We have stayed in other places in Laguna Beach before and they were not worth the money. We will be back.

I will definitely stay at 14 West (North building) again.

I will definitely stay at 14 West (North building) again. My favorite place for breakfast is Cafe Heidelberg, just down the street. For dinner, we love "230 Forest"... absolutely the best restaurant! Also great is Las Brisas. Reservations are a must, especially during the touristy season. Don't miss going to Crystal Cove State Park, a little north on PCH 1. Only down side about Laguna is that it has become quite popular and a bit touristy, but I still love it and will never stop going!

We stayed at the art hotel in Laguna where you could walk or take the trolley to downtown/main beach. It was so much fun and we ate at a lot of good food places like the deck, las brisas and the taco stand. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive to either Newport or Dana point so it’s the perfect vacation location!

Ocean front, sound of the ocean, fantastic! No road noise. Large room sufficient to store 4 large cases and plenty of space to walk around. Balcony with table chairs and lounger. Housekeeping daily kept us in fresh towels and bedding, excellent. Welcoming staff & reception area with gas lit fire much appreciated. Staff courteous and helped with luggage, gave us a trolley bus map for ease of accessing town & restaurants. We went to Sapphire for brunch & dinner just a short walk away, good range of food & drink.

Seaside Laguna in and suites is in an excellent location. There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance. The beach and the free local trolley bus are also less than a 5 minute walk away. The staff is very warm, friendly and helpful, and complete the family-run hotel vibe. We would stay again!

The receptionist was amazing: friendly with loads if great advice for the area. The location is perfect for exploring Laguna beach area and the room was well maintained and had everything I needed. It's a shame I didn't get to try the heated pool, it will have to wait for next time!

Breakfast is very simple coffee and some free pastry. nearby is some excellent breakfast places. The best part of the hotel is the roof bar/restaurant. The absolute best views for sunset. great stafff great drinks and great food... the location is superb very near the beach.
