Nice clean hotel with a super nice bathroom and a nice sized bedroom. The staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel had a gym and a pool, a bar and a small restaurant (we didn't use these though). I would come here again if I flew into Miami, it was a 10 minute walk to the airport or a 5 minute Uber ride. Before booking Iwas a little concerned about the honesty of the reviews on google maps. The hotel had a spinning wheel in the lobby were you could win e.g. a free drink or a late checkout If you wrote a review. That at first seemed very sketchy and I thought about not booking here. HOWEVER you were not forced to leave a 5 star review and noone checked what I wrote. I could've gotten a free drink even if I rated this hotel badly and wrote a huge text about why I didn't like it. So I hope this review is actually helpful for someone and doesn't feel bought by the new hotel owners.

Starting from the people in front desk, the room , the cleaning, WiFi, breakfast, even dinner in the 10th floor with a outstanding view of the airport, I truly believe that the experience in Tru By Hilton hotel was excellent.

Has everything you need for a longer stay. Very clean nice apartments with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, all amenities. Spacious room. I specifically liked 0 parabens shampoo and conditioner, great job! And appreciated the night light in the bathroom.

Location was amazing - was pretty near the airport, lots of food and restaurants nearby, Starbucks; just a 5-min drive away and not too far from Downtown too. Hotel was really nice; super clean, beautiful furnishings, hotel lobby was laid out pretty well, breakfast area was inviting and liked how they had coffee/tea available 24/7. Check-in took a while, but service was great; the staff who checked me in was super nice, pleasant and we chatted & laughed quite a bit. etc. Room was comfy and I was pretty impressed - good size, everything looked so clean, beds were perfect - just the right height, right amount of pillows, good pressure on the pillows/bed & TV was huge. Bathroom/Shower was spacious, lots of towels and stocked with toiletries, loved it! Microwave was in a pantry area of the room and fridge worked well too! :)
