Staff is very friendly, helpful and always greet you with a smile. We just love Ariel at the front desk who goes over and beyond to help, answer questions and accommodate you. This hotel is always clean and smells really good. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and there's a variety to choose from. We will definitely book this hotel again. Keep up the good work!

Although very reasonably priced (65 $ for a huge room with two king size beds), the Carmel Inn has all the avantages of a luxury hotel. - free parking - free breakfast - swimming pool - restaurant & bar - spacious lobby - five minute walk to historic downtown

Beds were very comfy, larger in room fridge then most hotels, very clean facilities. Breakfast was available and limited selection but did have waffles and sausage! Would definitely stay again!!

A perfectly functional hotel a couple of miles from downtown. The staff were most helpful, my room was fine and breakfast (a simple but adequate buffet) did the job well.

It was a nice, quiet, clean simple hotel.
