The green space and many trees, the tranquility is absolute, the staff here is very young and really friendly, the warm welcome from the manager. Although my flight was 2 hours late after providing information, we were still welcomed at the airport, so I was happy to know that they were watching. There is a new spa right in the residence area, and is being discounted, so we have relaxed every day with a cheaper fee as I know. Thanks to the hotel team, we will definitely return next year.

Nice location. New hotel. Tam is very helpful overall a good stay. Phu quoc is beautiful. Beach is next to the property. We also went for a tour arranged by the hotel which was very good.

Absolutely fantastic stay! I was absolutely pleased with everything during my stay. Nhan was always helpful with everything, the accommodation was clean and perfect for a week long stay for a solo traveler as well. Can 100% recommend to everyone and I will visit again if I come to Phu Quoc. Location is great as well, close to the beach and street with cafes and restaurants.

We spent our holidays on the island two weeks ago, it was THE BEST HOSPITALITY we have ever experienced. A huge THANK YOU to the Host Stefan who did everything to make us fall in love with the hotel and our vacation. Thanks for your kindness and being so careful and willing to help. We had everything we wanted to have: a lovely kitchen where we could cook anytime, swimming pools, the sea 5 minutes away, washing machine, a scooter that took us around the island to see its beauties , delicious breakfasts and cleanliness, beach towels and cozy grill evening, and the rest☺️ We really didn't want to leave the island so we extended our stay 2 times. We miss it and are absolutely sure we will be back here many more times!

I totally enjoyed my stay at Rosa hotel. The staff and manager were very helpful. They made me feel right at home. They also assisted with every other service I wanted like to order taxi, book tours and take great pictures. I travelled solo and was really concerned about how my stay will be but they put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I 100% recommend Rosa Hotel. Their customer service is really good. I must say, Anise Hotel is one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed so far! We had everything and even more during our stay! The Hotel is very clean, good located and comfortable! The staff is very kind and nice, helped us without hesitating when we needed! I am so grateful, because when I realised that I lost my Airpods Pro they helped me immediately, drove me to the adress (according to the icloud Lokator), translated and explained what happened and organised everything so I got back my Pods! Thank you!
