Our check in experience was outstanding, we arrived late and they had a couple of sandwiches so we were not hungry. Room was quite spacious, air con and fan, useful amenities and cold water in teh fridge as well. The facilities were super nice, there were water filling stations averywhere. Breakfast was really good, but I need to mention that the bakery stuff were superb. Food in general was very good. Staff were so accommodating and lovely, and even though were are staying a couple of nights in another resort, we will go back for the dinner show tomorrow. Concierge was really helpful. Snowkelling gear, kayak and paddleboards to use. Happy hour on a few drinks and thematic dinners. Thanks for making our anniversary so special!

Absolutely stunning hotel. Rooms were fantastic, beds massive and the balcony was an added bonus. Layout and decor of the hotel was equally grand - by far the best I saw in Samoa. Facilities exceptional. Location great. My personal highlight was seeing the Fia Fia dancing.

The staff were amazing. Always greeted with a smile and helpful. Enjoyed the rooms and very clean. Loved the old colonial style of the building. Shuttle service was amazing as well. Room service whenever needed, just needed to hang sign on door if you wanted it or not. Friendly staff members who stops to chat with you. Security guard on site, and he is really friendly. He would ask if we needed help with any luggage daily, because we will leave in the morning and. One back late at night, just to shower and sleep. Location is right across from the market and in between 2 main big supermarkets. So you can pop out to get essentials or food.
