I recently stayed at Grand Sapphire Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is new and luxurious, with an amazing swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing. The gym is incredibly modern, equipped with a wide variety of top-notch equipment, making it great for fitness enthusiasts. The food was delicious, offering a diverse menu with plenty of tasty options. While the general staff were okay, the customer relations staff truly stood out. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, even offering us complimentary tickets to a concert party hosted at the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel on the sea had a boutique & exclusive feel! Room was large & spacious with a balcony close to the water! Decor was stylish & sleek. Large comfy bed. Large modern bathroom. Everything was 5-star, including luxury toiletries & top spec hair dryer! Lovely breakfast every morning. We ate at the restaurant a few evenings and spent most mornings at the beach club swimming in the clear turquoise sea! Heaven! Great value for money. Exceeded our expectations!

Great staff - well trained, professional and most are very courteous and polite. Amazing food - though not well catered for dietary requirements. Rooms are very clean and the territory is well looked after with great landscape design. Comfy beds and very quiet. Easy 30 min drive to famagusta and salamis.

It's always my first choice in Kyrenia. It's wonderful that it's back in service with its new and renovated design. The rooms are spacious, the minibar is fantastic, the bathroom is fantastic, the beds are very comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent as always. My top reason for choosing this hotel is the wonderful staff, always ready to help, always polite, and positive. Room service is available 24/7, the prices are very reasonable, and everything is delicious. HK is very willing to clean every morning. They are fast and practical. Just a message to guest relations is all it takes; they are always eager and prompt to fulfill all your requests. I'd like to thank İlayda Hanım in guest relations. I'd also like to express my gratitude to Fırat Bey, Nurgül Hanım, and Serdar Bey at the reception for their attentiveness and friendly smiles. Don't even think twice before making a reservation. It really felt like a home away from home, with wonderful home cooked meals by Angeliki that cared for our allergies and joined us for great conversations through the night with the tiny boss Angelina - efharisto para poly. Amazing staff, super helpful and friendly. We got upgraded to a suite for free and it was perfect. Great option of food at breakfast and dinner. Casino was great and staff were attentive

Merit Hotel is a hotel those values ​​and shows customer satisfaction at the highest level, extraordinary staff who fulfill every wish of ours "with pleasure" Completely renovated rooms, a wonderful seaside that makes us feel one with the sea. The food was great, a la carte restaurants were wonderful, we were able to find delicious Italian food that we couldn't eat in Italy. We would like to come again "with pleasure" :)
