Addo was lovely, and the map was easy to navigate.
Addo was lovely, and the map was easy to navigate. I could easily do two days in the Addo and it's full of surprises. Make sure to go to the bathroom at the beginning, because toiletbreaks are far inbetween. Make sure your devices are fully charged and you have backup, because you'll be taking a lot of pics. Everything was quite on point.

An abundance of Elephant made it worth while.

The elephant walk and game drive were fantastic.
The elephant walk and game drive were fantastic. We did this alongside a self drive of Addo Elephant park on the way to the lodge which i'd definitely recommend because it is a bit of drive. The property is in a wonderful location and the rooms are great. We had dinner here on both nights of our stay and were impressed with the quality - and how the staff coped with a failure of the local electricity supply. We would choose to stay here again on a future visit to Addo Elephant Park, which is a 10-minute drive up the road.
