What a warm welcome we received! Feels like coming home. lovely rooms with romantic atmosphere from ‘the old days’ Superb breakfast on the 1st floor terrace with stunning view. Too bad we were in a hurry to leave to get flight in Cape Town, would have loved to stay longer!!

If you like something that is not quite your run of the mill, this is for you. One free standing cabin looking down on the river. Quaint with the caravan bedroom attached to the back of the cabin. The main area is linked by the caravan door. Excellent wi fi when I was there. I went alone, which was fabulous. But it's definitely big enough for a family of 4 if 2 are small children. I ordered food. 3 course "plaaskos" meal. Many activities near-by. I went horseriding. Victoria is a splendid cook. She was just fabulous, and nothing was too much to ask. Every meal was decorated with fresh flowers! Everything about my visit was special💜 Don't miss out on this one.

Wow, great experiance in many ways. The room is very private at the side of the building with great view on the mountains over the huge green yard. The interior Was stunning and made with love. Our Host Chris was very friendly and we enjoyed every conversation. The dogs on the property were really nice. Can fully recommend this place
