What a fantastic place to stay. The manager (Portia) and staff were outstanding and the building is superb. Our rooms were big and spacious with superb interior. The food in the cafe was excellent and the parking was excellent in the compund.

    It was my first time visiting Worcester and i was amazed by the cleanliness of the town even in the townships. The area is safer and most places i visited, i was greeted with great service. The place has lots of places to visit. If you are a wine enthusiast, then you would enjoy some wine tasting places. I also enjoyed coffee shops and town lifestyle.

    Beautiful town, very clean, everything you need is there, mall with good stores and the service very friendly. Beautiful Botanical gardens, nice place to visit with small children. Interesting places to visit, The Barn coffee shop, very good breakfast, also workshop of glassblower David Reade, fantastic pieces to see and buy.

    Worcester is a good central point for getting onto Route 62 which takes you through the Little Karoo, it's on the NI and is not far from Cape Town and is only 2 1/2 hours from the lovely West Coast.

    Our stay in Worcester was overnight on the way to the West Coast. The town is quaint and pretty. The mountains in the surrounding area are majestic and worth a few hikes and certainly drives through the valleys and hills. The town is circled by orchards and vineyards. There are few prettier and more impressive places in the country. Worcester is welcoming and has good amenities, making the stay calm and refreshing.

    Truly enjoyed our relaxing stay in a tranquil neighborhood with close access to the highway and a short drive to the many fantastic sights in& around Worcester. We received a warm welcome from very friendly hosts and loved the offerings from the honesty basket&bar. Best of all-the apartment is equipped with an inverter so no loadshedding!! And the day bed was really comfy to accommodate our family of 3. Will definitely visit again!

    The hospitality at the hotel was bad. The staff members interchange their roles. No designated staff member for the different tasks. The food was always not ready. You have to ask for towels, tissue paper and water. I have never had such a terrible stay in my life. The carpet was very dirty, it needs to be removed. There was no privacy, the staff just enter your room without an invitation.

    The place was neat, clean and modern with added extras of rusks, yogurt, muesli and milk. It has everything you need for a short stay over in the area. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and I would stay here again when in Worcester.
