Flat is spacy, clean and very comfortable to live. You will find everything what you need in it. Even if neighbourhood is "authentic" :), in reality is not so bad as google says. We stayed for a week and didnt have any slightest problems walking in those streets (even in late evenings). So I advice you not to be scared about the neighbourhood :). There is a very good thing about it - its very central and many touristic places reachable by foot. House itsels and apartment is wonderfull. We were 4 adults (couple and 2 singles), and it was enough private space for everyone. Host is very helpful and flexilbe, I highly recomend this place.

The privacy, the environment, the calm, we loved every detail from there. Andreas is an amazing host, he gives us plenty of recommendations when we asked him for restaurants. Also give you tips for when you are going to the beaches. He is super flexible and always available! They really surprised us with everything. It was an incredible stay that I would repeat!

Two large televisions and a very comfortable living room area. Great location! Also very good communication with the management. The support staff (in this case Spyros) was excellent. We had one small issue with TV service and it was immediately handled.

Great, responsive hosts. Good value for money. Apartment was really spacious and very well decorated. Lovely vibe of the area by the apartment and a short walk to Plaka and the Acropolis.

I stayed just one night at this stylish condo in Athens, but it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, the building is new with an elevator, and the apartment itself was very well equipped with all the modern appliances I needed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and overall it’s a very beautiful place. I would happily stay here again!

She met us at the apartment upon arrival and explained everything we might have needed during our stay.
