We arrived in Belgrade a bit earlier than scheduled, but the host was kind enough to accommodate us earlier than agreed The apartment itself had everything needed for a comfortable stay and it was exceptionally modern and comfortable. The beds were soft, the space clean and the kitchen equipped. We wanted to stay for much longer. As for the location, the apartment is in a prime spot in a modern building with a market store. The Belgrade waterfront is close by, across the street is a cafe, and there are restaurants nearby. The spa centre is separate in another building nearby, it's premium class and 50 euro per person. It might be expensive for some, so keep in mind that spa is not included.

Despite the scorching heat outside, the apartment stayed pleasantly cool without even needing to turn on the air conditioning. The rooms are exceptionally quiet, and with the blinds down, it’s easy to lose track of time and sleep in longer than planned. There are countless thoughtful details that truly make this place outstanding.

In a central area of Budapest, Condo With Balcony @ Downtown Budapest features garden views from the balcony. We came as a couple for a one-week stay in Budapest. The hosts kindly arranged a taxi for us in advance, even though we arrived very late at night. Finding the apartment was easy — we received clear instructions along with the entry code, and checking in was completely hassle-free. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning — modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The thermostat worked perfectly and maintained a pleasant temperature throughout, making it cozy and comfortable at all times. Our host, Erika, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was always available to answer questions, and she made sure in advance that everything we asked for was ready and waiting in the apartment. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality really made us feel at home. The location is also excellent. It's not in the noisy heart of the city, so the street is quiet and peaceful — yet you're just a short walk away from all the major attractions, cafés, restaurants, and public transport. In our opinion, the location is even better than District 5, because you can enjoy the lively city during the day and then return to a calm, relaxing space in the evening. We also really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, spacious layout, and the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and even a bottle of water waiting for us when we arrived. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place — we highly recommend this apartment and would absolutely stay here again!
