He even contacted me a few days before my trip with complete guides, put up recommendations to good restaurants in the near vicinity, and promptly responded to my queries too. The property and the building itself were amazingly clean. Parking (free) was easy. Supermarket is about 5min walk, metro station is less than 10min away. The train ride is about 20mins to duomo. Really convenient. The apartment is nicely decorated, functional kitchen, furnitures and appliances are clean and new. The kind host provided milk, even some pastries, coffee pod, tea, etc. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return if we ever have the chance to visit milan again. Highly recommended !

The apartment was very spacious, had all the amenities that one can imagine like full kitchen with giant fridge, oven, microwave, two coffee machines silverware and glass for every occasion. The apartment had one of the most useful giant desks with ability to comfortably work, connect TV as a second screen. There also was a laser printer for the disposal of the guest. In general the apartment was very modern with very interesting lighting controlled in several ways. Great location and very safe private parking included in the price. The host was extremely quick to respond when I had any questions. Strongly recommend

This is the best apartment we've stayed in! The room was clean and spacious, and my daughters felt very comfortable during our stay. A big bonus was the washing machine - it really saved us since we had a lot of laundry from the previous place, which didn't have one. This apartment truly felt like home. The location is also excellent - very close to the station, so getting around was easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially families! A special thanks to Diego and Cinzia, who were incredibly kind and let us stay two extra hours for free because our flight was in the evening. Thank you so much for your kindness and help!

The beach can be reached just 2-3min by foot. Particularly nice was the tidiness of the apartment and the garage parking. It was easy to feel homely and secure that way. All the amenities worked fantastically and without problems.
