My eldest daughter loved the TV as it had YouTube and Netflix. My Son also had fun at the swimming pool and The caretaker was kind and welcoming.

SMDC Green 2 Staycation, The Traditional & Modern Fusion Condo se encuentra en Pasong Bayog, a 26 km de Parque Recreativo Picnic Grove, y ofrece vistas a la piscina. The unit was nicely decorated and had a lot of usable space. Lheny and her family provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were easy to talk to and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. I would definitely recommend a stay in their unit.

Air-conditioning in the rooms and a washing machine. Plus a big TV with channels or Netflix.

It was a great stay, the condo was clean with complete utensils and basic needs, the owner and caretaker was very responsive and accomodating and super mabait. We will definitely go back. The entire location was very peaceful, the only downside was we were not able to experience the pool due to the weather, It was raining ang very cold. The pool was not heated. But over all stay was a great stay for a family relaxation, The kids, the grandparents and the entire family were very satisfied and grateful for very peaceful accomodation.
