The owner is very responsive of any requests and communicates regularly.

Offering mountain views, Spacious 2 Bedroom condo unit for rent is an accommodation set in Iloilo City, less than 1 km from Smallville Complex and a 17-minute walk from Molo Church. The host was very accommodating to us. There was a blackout all over iloilo but good thing they have a generator so we were able to use the wifi. They were kind enough to buy a new fan and brought it to us since we could not use the air conditioning.

Everything was spotless, like new, and full of thoughtful details. A perfect space for a couple and ideal for getting work done. The internet and desk worked flawlessly. They were also very attentive to anything we might need.

The place itself was just fantastic. The sunrise view each morning was just wonderful to sit and watch with a morning coffee. The host, Selina, could not have been more helpful! Other hosts could certainly learn a thing or two from her. She arranged a complimentary taxi to pick us up from the ferry port and even did the same when I had to cut my stay short a couple of days early due to unforeseen events. Some snacks were provided along with a very ample supply of drinking water which was great too! The stay here was faultless and I hope to visit again in the future! If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it! You will not regret it.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Cozy Studio Apartment at Cebu IT Park is set in Cebu City. I stayed here for a week due to a company event, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the office. It’s also conveniently close to Sugbo Mercado and Ayala Centrio. The condo had a complete dining and entertainment setup, and I appreciated the ability to cook my own meals, which I did often. Since I spent most of my time at the office, I mainly used the place for sleeping, but it was very clean and comfortable. The guards were also friendly and accommodating. Great stay overall!
