It is an amazing hotel!!Upon availability we had our upgrade to our Rome so it was a fantastic issue. Room and all staff of the hotel made our holiday an exciting adventure. People are very kind and respond to any issue. Also the position of the hotel is great for walking in city center.

Xalet Bringué Hotel is located in the Andorran Pyrenees mountain village of El Serrat. The attractive wood and stone building has designer interiors, while outside the terraces offer panoramic views.
Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

Set in La Massana town centre, in Andorra, the Màgic Ski Hotel is a smart and charming property, ideally located next to La Massana’s cable car that takes you up to the nearby ski slopes.
The room was excellent, plenty of space and cleaned, beds made and sheets and towels changed daily. Good coffee machine with coffee pods and mineral water replenished daily. Mini bar in room with soft drinks, beers and snacks for purchase. Food in restaurant is freshly prepared and always plenty of choices to suit all tastes for breakfast and dinner. Desserts were particularly good. Staff in reception, bar and restaurant were all friendly and happy to help with any queries. Reasonably priced bar menu and good service.
