Very good! Clean, new, excellent buffet breakfast, friendly staff, wifi works, heating works, spaceious, comfortable, very quiet. I loved it.
Serras Andorra is located in the Vall d’Incles region of Andorra with wonderful views of the Grandvalira mountains.
The staff were exceptionally accomodating they go above and beyond for their guests. As beginner skiers it was so handy having the beginner slope outside to practice (all the equipment and lessons are available at the hotel). There is a shuttle bus that they run they load all your equipment, literally drop them a text / whats app and they collect you within 5 minutes from the major slopes (soldeu / el tartar). The spa is also fantastic and very quiet during our stay.

Park Piolets MountainHotel & Spa is situated in the Pyrenees, 300 metres from the ski slopes of Grandvalira-Soldeu and 600 metres from Vall d'Incles.
The staff were all fantastic and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and so was the Chinese restaurant within the hotel. The location is perfect and easy to get to the ski lifts. Overall an excellent experience and we can't wait to return again.
