Exceptional hotel! Peaceful and luxurious Lux bedding and amenities. Very good housekeeping Valet parking included (very well run by the valet team) Pool area very nice attentive service - go Sakib! Hammam/jacuzzi/sauna/steam room no extra charge Sienna restaurant is amazing If you are choosing between Le Royal Meridien and here, this is a nicer hotel and more professional also closer to the marina. LRM also nice but more resort feel. Best to stay here and go there if you want to check out beach

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything about this hotel is incredible. The location, the food, the service, and most of all, the staff.

The staff were lovely and went above and beyond helping us out. The room was great, bed was big and very comfortable. There is a late checkout which is really useful and gave us an opportunity have a good morning activity, before heading to the airport in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here next time we visit Dubai.

Everything was fine. Checking in took longer than usual but everything else was good. Good breakfast. View is amazing. Room is clear.

This hotel was exceptional in every area! Brand new, we loved the 'studio apartment' we had for our visit. What a treat to have in-suite laundry! The roof-top pool has absolutely amazing views (Burj Khalifa is right there! At nigh time it was right out of a postcard) and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had–I would seriously come back to Dubai just for that. Not to mention I hadn't made a booking that included breakfast, they decided to include it, for free, for our entire stay as a welcome since it was our first time! Above all the staff we so friendly and helpful–and it felt genuine! They helped me when my drone was confiscated and I had to make several phone calls, even remembered us upon retuning at the end of the day and asking if everything had been resolved and if they could help with anything else. They even gave us a small gift on checkout! Really above and beyond in every aspect. Don't waste your time looking at other accommodation. This is where you want to be.
