The service from all the staff was impeccable. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and nothing was a problem for them. They were charming, always smiling and very professional. The room was very spacious and comfortable; the pool was small but lovely; the view over the marina, whilst not the beachside tropical paradise one might have hoped for, was nevertheless interetsing to watch and still great. The breakfasts were superb and the dinner we had one night also excellent. The location, within very easy walking distance of Nelson's Dockyard, numerous restaurants and bars, the vibrant beach of Pigeon Point, was ideal. In summary, the hotel was exceptional.

The hotel and its localisation was delightful. We had a room in a garden with a patio, the room was big enough, clean and if it wasn’t for the mosquitos we could have slept outside because the patio at night was really relaxing. The staff was adorable and really helpful. Both restaurants were amazing, and the highlight was the tiny boat trip to go or come back from the pool, mostly at sunset hours.

Amazing friendly staff, super cheerful and communicative - always a bonus when the staff are happy and chat with you! Bed was AMAZING, general vibe of the hotel was super chilled and ‘Caribbean’ style. Private beach which isn’t done justice in the photos was amazing and a brilliant surprise. Informed the hotel we were visiting for our honeymoon and got upgraded to a sea view room with a hammock and surprise bottle! 10/10
