Guest reviewThe location is just right off the beach with an airy bar/cafe and then hotel. We booked into their basic room downstairs and it was comfortable but lacking in a few kitchen items, but Shawn the manager, hotel motto of come as guests, leave as family came thru. After a cancellation, he upgraded us to an upstairs room with some nicer amenities, microwave, water jug, coffee machine, and fridge. Thank you Shawn. The decor in all rooms were great, nice touches that make it lively and homey. There are tortoises in the back garden and they made a sanctuary garden in the back to sit and enjoy the sunsets.

Guest reviewThe service from all the staff was impeccable. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and nothing was a problem for them. They were charming, always smiling and very professional. The room was very spacious and comfortable; the pool was small but lovely; the view over the marina, whilst not the beachside tropical paradise one might have hoped for, was nevertheless interetsing to watch and still great. The breakfasts were superb and the dinner we had one night also excellent. The location, within very easy walking distance of Nelson's Dockyard, numerous restaurants and bars, the vibrant beach of Pigeon Point, was ideal. In summary, the hotel was exceptional.
