Very nige and welcoming staff, and an incredibly charming location. The rooms were newly renovated and clean. The hotel is on the other side of the river from the main part of the old town, but it is only a five minute walk over the bridge. Really recommend this place. Me and my girlfriend had a lovely time.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in and the staff were excellent. Only been open for a month and the could not do enough to help you. If I ever get back to Berat I am definitely staying here. The front of house employee Steve was amazing. Always greeting you with a smile and a joke. He needs to stay working there forever.

Mario was an amazing host! Very friendly and helpful, even giving us great tips on what to do in Tirana. He sent us a very helpful message with all the main attractions and restaurants in the city, and also advised us on where it was best to go considering our very short visit. The room was perfect – spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was also great, not too far from the center, making it easy to reach all the main sights. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Mario’s place to anyone visiting Tirana!
