It was stunning, most beautiful hotel!

Excellent renovation of an old house, the room was comfortable and clean, bed excellent. Lovely hosts always ready to chat. Breakfast was huge. Property has terraces overlooking Berat, and also came with two cuddly kittens that made our stay since we love cats. We didn't have baggage, but If you do note that it's a 6 minute walk on cobbled streets, but the hosts did message to check and offered assistance. Very close to centre. Excellent stay thank you!

We had a perfect stay! The hotel is located in a beautiful area close to everything with stunning views. The room was absolutely lovely — comfortable bed, beautifully designed space, and the balcony was the cherry on top. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. If we ever return to this city, there’s no doubt we’ll stay here again. Highly recommended!

Strongly recommended! Helen and her family are amazing hosts. They care about their guests in a very friendly and individual manner. The building is modern, my room was spacy and cozy. The bathroom was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast buffet was delicious. You can park directly in front of the apartment. I enjoyed my stay there very much. What a wonderful place to stay, although a new building, the attention to detail in the build makes it appear to have been there forever, truly beautiful with spectacular views and a fantastic outdoor area. The room & bed was extremely comfortable, with underfloor heating, ceiling fan and small fridge. (water was provided in the fridge but costs extra) The shower room has a rain shower head & also has underfloor heating and toiletries provided. The building in which the restaurant is situated is beautiful with vaulted ceilings, comfy seating and lovely lighting, and the food is absolutely superb, although we didnt have a menu the staff worked hard to explain what was being served, using google translate to help explain, the meal itself was stunning with course after course coming. Breakfast the next morning was equally excellent and the owner very friendly and welcoming. Book now before this place becomes so popular its impossible to get a table or a room.

The location is incredible. Drinking wine from the vineyard while watching the sunset with the view of the mountains and Riki the cat keeping me company was perfection. And when I didn’t think it could get any better, fire flies flickered in the field. Magic! The room was gorgeous and incredibly comfortable and peaceful. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was home produce and delicious. Being surrounded the dogs, cats, chickens and swallows was so cool! Hands down the best place I stayed in Albania and I hope to be back again soon!

We stayed for 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby throughout our stay. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, constantly taking care of our needs. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel like part of the family. The food was a highlight of our stay. The host is an excellent cook, and the meals were simply delicious. We were treated to a variety of local dishes made of local ingredients, which gave us a true taste of the region's cuisine. The host was also very helpful in recommending places for us to visit and explore. The location itself is perfect for discovering Theth by car. The surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful, making it an ideal base for our adventures. We had a safe parking place as well. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Theth and experience genuine local hospitality. The combination of comfortable accommodation, delicious food, wonderful host, and stunning surroundings made for an unforgettable stay.

Impressive interior designing of room and hotel. The quality of fittings i would say its a smart/digital room. The detailing of every facility in the room is perfect. Free parking available. Location is very good. Something specially to mention is Benny who is very polite and helpful. He suggested nearby attraction, explained us every details. The breakfast was also very good. All items were fresh, tasty and also Halal.

Tasty traditional breakfast. Great service. Great atmosphere overall. Loved the local music and the sound volume.
