Clean, luminous, and comfortable room, really nice furniture. Not far from the city center, castle and restaurants. The staff speaks multiple languages and is helpful. Neighborhing parking space included. Breakfast sufficient, with fresh pancakes, in a nice room. The glass wall for the bathroom aera is peculiar, could be inconvenient but is quite modern/design (there are blinds to close the view). Coffee (machine) and tee included.

The hotel was amazing. Helen and her family, amazing. The view, amazing. I have nothing else to say! Helen made it feel like it was home and like we were family. We’ve traveled a lot but we never experienced such hospitality and kindness anywhere! Honestly, words are not enough to express how lovely our stay was because of Helen and I can’t wait to go back. Also, the breakfast buffet was very nice and there’s a lot of variation. The rooms were very clean and smelled amazing, every day. We would recommend this place 10000%! There’s a reason why the reviews are so good. Keep in mind: you do need a rental car, like the other reviews said. The hotel is on a mountain, which comes with an amazing view, but you definitely need a car. But to be fair, you need a car in Sarande/Albania either way. Again, thank you so much for everything, Helen. We are grateful for everything and for your incredible energy.

Brand new, luxurious and great taste in everything. Great location and soundproof windows. Staff were serviceable , smiling and helpful. The owner Adil was on premises all day and was really nice to us, even offered us his special fresh milk ice cream. We loved it!

Eating underneath the apple trees, and next to the vineyard is just fantasic! It's just a short drive from Gjirokaster, but you feel like you're totally of the beaten path.
