I had a great stay! The hotel was fantastic, beautifully designed interior and very peaceful. The staff was extremely attentive. We were traveling by motorcycle, and the private parking was perfect. Their hospitality exceeded our expectations, and breakfast was lovely. Everything was just perfect!

This is not a regular hotel. It's quite an experience. Having the owners working at the hotel all the time makes for a perfect stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the GrandView Hotel in Berat, Albania, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Petro, the reception manager, whose hospitality made me feel right at home. His attention to detail and willingness to help with any request were truly commendable. Petro is a real gem to this hotel. Undoubtedly, he added a very big + over the 10 mark that the hotel well deserves! The hotel itself offers breathtaking views of the old town, providing a stunning backdrop that enhances your stay. Waking up to the picturesque sights of Berat is a scene taken out from a romantic movie. It was one of the highlights of my trip! The rooms are elegantly designed, super clean, and very well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. When all this elegance is wrapped in a century old authentic and beautiful building, there's no place for doubt - this is the place you must stay in during your visit to Berat. Gregory, the owner, has clearly poured his heart into creating a wonderful atmosphere at the hotel. His passion for hospitality shines through in every aspect, from the beautifully decorated common areas to the delicious breakfast offerings. Overall, my experience at the GrandView Hotel was nothing short of amazing. If you're looking for a place that combines stunning views with exceptional service, I highly recommend this wonderful gem in Berat! GrandView, I'll be back!

I love the facilities this hotel offer

From the delicious breakfasts every morning to the view from our room—so beautiful that we stayed in most evenings just to watch the sunset—it’s hard to pinpoint what we loved most about our stay at Helen’s Seaside Resort. Above all, it might be Helen’s hospitality that truly stood out. She made sure our stay was nothing but relaxing and enjoyable—always keeping the room spotless, checking in to see if we needed anything, and happily answering all our questions about Sarandë and getting around. Although Helen suggested renting a car—since it’s usually cheaper per day than relying on taxis—we found that walking wasn’t bad at all. It was about a 15-minute walk downhill to the nearest area with restaurants and groceries, 25 minutes to Mango Beach (our favorite private beach), and about 30 minutes to the center of Sarandë. The walk back uphill was a bit more challenging in the heat, but a taxi ride back was around 12 euros if needed. All in all, our only regret is not staying 1–2 days longer!

Our stay at Sacro e Profano was magical. From the moment we arrived, we knew we made the right choice. This was exactly what we were looking and hoping for. The design of the place is absolutely beautiful — every detail thoughtfully designed by Giovanni — with breathtaking views (360, as you’re on top of a hill). Giovanni and his wonderful family, along with the entire staff, created such a warm and inviting environment. They went above and beyond, their kindness and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The rooms were stunning — even more beautiful than the pictures — and the overall atmosphere struck the perfect balance between warm energy and peaceful recharging. The whole place is a blend of Albanian charm with touches of Tuscany. It felt intimate, authentic, and far from anything mass-produced. Lastly, Giovanni’s food was another highlight and made with love. We highly recommend it and would return in a heartbeat.

No words to describe Hotel Vale, different than perfect. Amazing rooms, staff, location. Service was impecable, breakfast as well. We didn’t want to leave Sarande because of Hotel Vale.

Great location in nature and you feel live in own house

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent — the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were all spotless and well-maintained. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the city center, which made it easy to explore the area. The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. They made sure everything was comfortable and were always available if I needed anything. I really appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, well-located place with great service.
