This was my fourth visit to this family hotel. The location is unbeatable: right in the middle of the city centre, so you can get anywhere on foot in 5-15 minutes. Yet, it is in a quiet courtyard with a nice garden so you have all the peace and comfort you need to sleep well. Warm, helpful and welcoming staff, lovely ambiance, great interior decor, spacious room with everything you need. Highly recommended!

They offered us a larger and more comfortable room from which we could see the church and Old Goris. It’s centrally located with easy access and parking, and there’s a supermarket nearby. Although the area can be noisy, it’s very well soundproofed. The staff are very friendly and they offer laundry service. Breakfast is paid separately, but it’s good and offers more variety than others we had during our trip.

this hotel is in a strategic position for visiting the region and for the innumerable monasteries that can be reached easily. It is manegment by a very friendly and hospitable family who advised us where to go for dinner. the rooms are simple with air conditioning, we were also able to do the laundry because there is a small garden to hang out the laundry. breakfast good and plentiful with delicious homemade jams. we highly recommend it
