Alex was simply fantastic — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything, making us feel as if we had known him for years. And one of the most beautiful moments of our stay was offered by the lady of the house: a morning piano concert that deeply moved us and made us feel like we were in a truly special place. Our room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, and the entire house has a warm, personal touch, full of charm and attention to detail. Everything comes together to create that feeling of “a home away from home. For us, this experience was a solid 10 out of 10, and we will definitely return with great pleasure. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not just for accommodation, but for a memorable experience.

Luxury was like an oasis in the Sevan city. Our room had a lot of space with a modern design, a double bed, and air conditioning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast and the lovely garden. The owners organised a day tour that was great, taking us to the national park, a monastery, a church, and the centre of Delijan. The owners were very kind and helpful, making our experience truly memorable.
