The facilities are brand new and everything works very well. The staff are great and the highlight is the restaurant. Some of the best food we have had in Armenia.

Great place surrounded with country landscapes. Comfortable staying with rural spirit, very tasty and special breakfast (strongly recommend!). We've stayed with company of 5 friends and liked everything inside the accommodation.

The property was in a beautiful location in the city of Sevan. The property was easy to locate, the name was on the side of the building. When we arrived (which was earlier than the check in time) we were welcomed by the staff and immediately got upgraded to a different room with no extra cost. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the facilities were excellent. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. We swapped numbers with one of the hotel managers who gave us restaurant recommendations and he was in call for whatever we needed. The staff themselves were incredibly attentive, kind, and would go above and beyond for their guests! We needed to print tickets off for our bus journey and they were happy to help. When we told them how we were getting to the bus station they offered us a free drive to our location. We also got offered tea and cake just before our check out. I cannot fault this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Sevan. I will be sure to book here again!

Great location!! Best in the whole area. Very nice cottage, lovely decorated with taste and attention. The hottub is a great plus! The host is very welcoming and the food is delicious, both diner and breakfast. Very highly recommended for everyone looking for a special night at an unbeatable place!

Such a magical and relaxing place! Staying here felt like stepping into a fairytale. It’s the perfect spot to disconnect from everyday stress and just enjoy peace and nature. The staff is really kind and helpful. There is laundry service for free and we could leave our bags there during the after check out. Marietta is an extremely kind lady ☺️

I had a pleasure of staying at Escapes hotel, and it was a truly delightful experience. My room was beautifully decorated, super comfy, and had amazing view of the surrounding nature. The on-site restaurant was a real treat—the food was fantastic, and the pizza was absolutely delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Our stay was wonderful in every detail. They make you feel like part of the family. The owner is very generous and hospitable. The restaurant staff is amazing, and the food is delicious. The nature is breathtaking.
