I was walking the Transcaucasian Trail and got ill and needed somewhere to rest and recuperate. Herbs and Honey was a lovely oasis, very comfortable and well-designed with lovely healthy food.

The pics are real, the room are very silent and bed confortable. Location is perfect to visit alaverdi and nearby monastery. Owner very friendly, helpful and follow accurate the customers needs. Highly recommended stay in this hotel

Great location and quiet property with clean rooms and comfy beds. The simple things in life. The place is nice with only a few rooms and a shared lounge dining area where you can chill and watch the world go by. Considering Gyumri is a small area I just wanted something affordable, well located and clean. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice, made right there in front of you fresh. The photos on Booking are a little messed up. But essentially you have 4-6 rooms, all with their own bathrooms.

Perfect guesthouse in the heart of Goris. Staff exceeded expectations. They helped us organise a local taxi to bring us on a day trip to Tatev and the surroundings. It was a brilliant tour and I’d fully recommend asking to go on it when you arrive. The lady who worked reception had excellent English. We got breakfast and it was exceptional. Would recommend as a place to stay for future travellers.

TL;DR: ✨ 10/10 – Beautiful views, peaceful location, super clean, fast Wi-Fi, excellent shower and climate control, amazing hosts. A truly memorable stay — highly recommended if you have a car. Full Review: We were a group of five friends traveling by car from the Iranian border to Yerevan. Goris and Tatev are popular spots for a mid-route stop if you want to cover a long distance in two days, but Ranch offers much more than a basic overnight stay — it’s the kind of place you’ll wish you were booked for longer. There are three separate suites, each fitting 2–3 people. We booked two of them for one night. Everything was spotless, with excellent shower pressure and temperature, fast Wi-Fi, and efficient heating and cooling. It seemed the property runs on solar energy, but there was no issue at all with electricity. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. In the evening, they lit a fire for us, which was the perfect way to relax under the stars and enjoy the stillness of nature while having a friendly chat. Just a note: if you’re not traveling with a car, Ranch may not be the most practical option, as it’s located in a remote and quiet area — the nearest shop is about a 10-minute drive. But with a vehicle, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better place in the region.

Everything about my stay was exceptional. The setting was peaceful and scenic — surrounded by nature, yet close to the centre of Dilijan. The room was stylish, warm, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The view from my balcony was spectacular — looking out over the forested hills which made each morning so tranquil. What truly stood out was the atmosphere — calm, welcoming, and peaceful. Anahit on reception was warm, helpful and attentive throughout. Narak made the experience extra special — from beautifully made cocktails to serving dinner and breakfast with such care. As a solo traveller, I felt completely at ease here. The shared lounge with its fireplace and calming music was the perfect place to unwind and the breakfast each morning was outstanding - Fresh, delicious and relaxed. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, connection, and a little stillness.

This is such a lovely place to stay in Vayots Dzor area! The hosts Ani and Artak are brilliant people and their hospitality was outstanding. Incredible breakfast deserves a special mention. And they have very good people staying at their place which led to me making new friends during my 1 night stay! The cutest dog ever is another bonus. Oh, I'd love to come back.

What a stunning place. Spacious, stylish, comfortable, secure, with everything a person may need. And then there's the spectacular view! Lying in bed in a room flooded with light, looking out to the snow-capped mountains was a special thing. Some of the other things we loved:- the shopping mall directly across the road (2 minutes from our door to the mall door), so we could stock up on whatever we needed; that a Yandex taxi was never more than 2 minutes away (and it's generally about a 10-minute ride to the center of town); that there is 24-hour security in the lobby, so we could arrive at any time of the night and be welcomed and safe; that we could always find parking for our car (either in the road or 50m away in the shopping mall parking); the washing machine and iron (big bonus on a trip away); and that we overlooked the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex and Park. It's a 10 walk through the park to the Genocide Memorial and Museum (a must-see), and to El Garden Restaurant, which we absolutely loved! We really didn't want to leave this apartment!
