This is a wonderful boutique hotel. Very comfortable and soulful. Artush, the owner and all his staff went out of their way to provide excellent service and delicious food. Fully recommended.

A unique place set high on a cliff in the Vayots Dzor region. The views from the terrace are spectacular on the Smbataberd Fortress and a short walk to the Tsakhats Kar Monastry largely preserved with large khachkars. Sapsan lodge is a pearl to stay.

Great place surrounded with country landscapes. Comfortable staying with rural spirit, very tasty and special breakfast (strongly recommend!). We've stayed with company of 5 friends and liked everything inside the accommodation.

The hotel, the manager, the staff and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with the rare combination of friendliness and professionalism. The transfer from the airport went smoothly. The driver was there on time and contacted us on WhatsApp, the car trunk was spacious, our suitcases and the stroller fit with no problem. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. It's a good place to stay with the baby as we had good curtains, the crib with good sheets, the kitchenette, a good quiet AC and a lot of space. The breakfast was tasty and substantial. The location is perfect. The manager, Alexander was really helpful and professional. He contacted us the day before our arrival to confirm the details of our stay, so when we arrived everything was ready including the crib with sheets as well as an extra bed was made for my parents to wait for their check-in next day (they arrived very early in the morning). Later during our trip we asked Alexander to help us with the transfer to the airport and he organized everything, even though we were not the guests of the hotel anymore and it was actually the last minute call. The owners were great as well. They treated us and the baby like family. Highly recommend this hotel.

For all who don’t expect a luxury hotel (which wouldn’t be possible at this price), SESIL is a perfect choice. Clean rooms, all new. Bathroom top, hot water. Very good mattress, fine bed linen. Breakfast included and individually prepared and varying. Can be preordered earlier as usual in Gyumri. Hovhannes is always ready to help.

I had a pleasure of staying at Escapes hotel, and it was a truly delightful experience. My room was beautifully decorated, super comfy, and had amazing view of the surrounding nature. The on-site restaurant was a real treat—the food was fantastic, and the pizza was absolutely delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The hospitality was super great. The owner and his family are very warm and friendly. The location was lovely, and its view was unbelievable. I had great moments there.
