Guest reviewThe house is truly charming, built in wood with large bay windows offering breathtaking views of the magnificent mountains. You immediately feel connected to the surrounding nature. A big thank you to the whole family for their warm welcome: to Artyom’s father, who drove us up in his 4x4, giving us an amazing experience on those winding roads, always with good humor and a smile; and to Artyom and his wife for the delicious dinner and the wonderful visit to Smbataberd. Guest reviewThe hotel, the manager, the staff and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with the rare combination of friendliness and professionalism. The transfer from the airport went smoothly. The driver was there on time and contacted us on WhatsApp, the car trunk was spacious, our suitcases and the stroller fit with no problem. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. It's a good place to stay with the baby as we had good curtains, the crib with good sheets, the kitchenette, a good quiet AC and a lot of space. The breakfast was tasty and substantial. The location is perfect. The manager, Alexander was really helpful and professional. He contacted us the day before our arrival to confirm the details of our stay, so when we arrived everything was ready including the crib with sheets as well as an extra bed was made for my parents to wait for their check-in next day (they arrived very early in the morning). Later during our trip we asked Alexander to help us with the transfer to the airport and he organized everything, even though we were not the guests of the hotel anymore and it was actually the last minute call. The owners were great as well. They treated us and the baby like family. Highly recommend this hotel.
