We did appreciated much a room service for the first warm drink served after wake-up and still before the breakfast - great idea!!! The house offers also a room service.

Everything about Hotel Refugium was exceptional, from the moment I arrived tired from long travels and was immediately offered a cold drink. The room was spacious and well laid out. The view from the balcony over the river and the mountains was very relaxing. Breakfast was great with fresh squeezed orange juice and local foods. This is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at.

Flexible, super friendly, welcoming staff - we arrived very late during the night but the check in was still possible. Because of this, we also slept in and missed the breakfast but they were so kind to prepare it again only for us. They also have a gluten free bread which was a real game changer for me !
