The hotel is very beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of the forest. It offers a variety of programs for everyone, and the services provided to guests are of a very high standard. This is one of the hotels I recommend visiting when in Azerbaijan, as it offers a wonderful escape from the city and its noise to a place of peace and luxury.

Great elaborate breakfasts, friendly staff, spacious room, neat clean and modern rooms. Staff went out of their way for us always.

Everything was absolutely wonderful, the hotel was excellent, and the restaurant was superb with great hot and cold options. The atmosphere of the hotel was extremely positive, and the receptionist named Ebrahim was unbeatable; he did everything to make sure the guest was comfortable. I will definitely, definitely, definitely choose this hotel for my future trips to Azerbaijan. Everything in the hotel was great, all the equipment was new since it's a newly built hotel, and I truly enjoyed it; it was perfect in every way.

This was our second stay at the Premium Hotel Ganja, and once again it exceeded all expectations. We first stayed here 9 months ago, and because of the wonderful memories we had, we chose to return for our next visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. We had booked a deluxe room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a beautiful suite with a balcony - such a lovely gesture for our special occasion. The suite was spotless, newly decorated, and very comfortable, with a fantastic view of the city and surrounding mountains. Breakfast and the restaurant were excellent - rich variety, delicious food, and very reasonable prices. On Saturday evening there was even live music, which made the evening feel magical. A very special thanks to Bahadir, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He personally assisted us with everything - from handling our room change to helping with check out and even arranging a cancellation for our extra night without any charge. His professionalism and friendliness made a lasting impression. Also, we would like to thank Kenan for his attentive service at the restaurant. He surprised us with a beautiful teapot of herbal tea and sweets - such thoughtful attention to detail that made us feel truly cared for. The entire team went above and beyond to make our special occasion stay unforgettable. Thank you all for your warmth, kindness and professionalism. We will always remember our stay at Premium Hotel Ganja and look forward for returning again soon.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful Old hotel but fully maintained and with all the room amenities available. Fancy rooms and budget friendly. In the heart of old town Baku with everything on walking distance.
