Superb location - right next to Hyder aliyev center, a super market is right below. Hospitality was excellent - Emil took really good care of us, we felt welcomed and looked after. Breakfast was superb.

comfortable and modern hotel is in the center of baku, in a very urban, modern, stylish neighborhood. Very nice young staff, always with a smile, positive vibes, beautiful stylish room with good bed, 2 different pillows (higher and lower), all comfort, fantastic freshly prepared breakfast until 11 :) … cheese, eggs, sausages, vegetables, and much more. Plus my husband loves sweet breakfast and they even had pancakes in two varieties and cake) . In so many hotels the breakfast room is sad, here you feel like in a nice café.

We spent 10 days at this hotel with our family, and it was a truly wonderful experience. We all had a chance to relax and unwind completely. The hotel has a clean swimming pool with a beautiful view and a calm, peaceful atmosphere around it. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the hotel restaurant, where the chef prepares everything fresh and delicious. We enjoyed having breakfast, lunch, and dinner there every day. The hotel managers are incredibly caring and genuinely go out of their way to make sure every guest feels comfortable and well looked after. Another thing I really appreciated was how close the sea is—just a one-minute walk away. You can go down to the beach any time, and on the way back, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower. We were also lucky to enjoy several live music concerts during our stay, featuring performances on the saxophone and violin. These evenings added something special to our trip. I highly recommend this hotel for a summer holiday with your family. It’s the perfect place to recharge and enjoy a truly relaxing break.

We had an amazing experience at Ritz-Carlton Hotel Baku. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is top-notch. Zaur Nabiev from the night shift reception was extremely helpful during the time. He provided me tremendous assistances and have prompt responses to my questions, which ensures the 3-night stay for us were cozy and memorable. Thank you again, Zaur! The room was comfortable and spacious with an excellent view over the Zaha Hadid landmark. We enjoyed the huge bathroom and free standing bath. The toiletries provided in the bathroom smell delicious, as well as the common areas scent. The hotel amenities are fantastic, especially the Blind Tiger Bar and fitness center. The location is also convenient, with easy access to popular attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend Ritz-Carlton Hotel Baku to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

Spacious, well appointed rooms and lovely garden/terrace. We had one of the best meals of our week’s stay in Azerbaijan and certainly the best and friendliest service.

Overall, this hotel is truly excellent. The entire place is very clean, and the location is just perfect — it’s very easy to reach every part of the city from here. The bed and the shower were also very comfortable, and I had absolutely no issues during my stay. What really stood out to me was the hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would especially like to thank Nazım and Zaki — they were outstanding. They provided me with all the information I needed and were always ready to help with anything.
