Guest reviewVery helpful staff carried our luggage for us between our taxi stop and the hotel. Since the hotel is in old town and cars are not allowed to drive into the old town, there’s the need to carry luggage from taxi stop to hotel, which is a bit of the distance.

Guest reviewI had an incredible stay at Four Seasons Baku. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The spa and massage experience were truly relaxing, with top-tier facilities and professional staff ensuring ultimate comfort. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day perfectly. One of the most impressive aspects of my stay was seeing the General Manager himself walking around early in the morning, personally checking on everything. It shows the high level of care and attention to detail this hotel maintains. Overall, a fantastic experience—luxury, comfort, and impeccable service all in one. Highly recommended!

Guest reviewThe hotel has private parking on site, with guard. Location was nice, if you want purely the beach, as it has direct access to the public beach. If you plan to go anywhere else, such as Baku, its far away. The view from hotel is stunning. There are 2 pools, indoor and outdoor, with plenty of seating. Breakfast included was fine, although it is a set menu, so there is waste. Staff was friendly enough.
