Everythings: the staff, the breakfast, the room , and the place ! A very good place

Mostly the staff. They were very welcoming and accommodating with each interaction. Persons such as Michael and Shane were on top of things when needed also the rastafarian guy who took care of the grounds gave me and my guest one of the freshly picked coconuts which really added to our experience of the island lifestyle. I highly recommend this place and will continue to stay here each time I visit the island.

Rooms. Staff, food, location, extremely relaxing place to stay !

We loved the location, the beautiful beach, bar and restaurant were on the beach and the staff were wonderful.

My stay at OceanBlue was amazing and exceeded my expectations. It is a beautiful place to stay. Owners and staff go out of their way to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms are spotless and the exterior of the property is very well maintained. My room (203) had an enormous balcony, with a lovely seating area, directly overlooking the ocean. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly and the bar is a great place to meet other guests and the excellent, friendly bar staff.

The property is ideally located on a beautiful beach and has great access to the very safe and welcoming area of St Lawrence Gap where you can really get involved in the local nightlife. The suites were immaculately clean and extremely well appointed. All 4 restaurants serve great quality food from fine dining to more beach bar fare available. The biggest stand out feature of this hotel though are it’s staff who cannot do enough for you during your stay. Every single member of staff from Housekeeping to the bar staff to the guys that look after the beach like Gino are exceptional. Our experience ambassadors Abigail and Shiloh were absolutely first class and arranged a number of trips, reservations and transport for us during our stay with consummate professionalism. Big thanks also to Dwayne, Ronaldo, Karlos and Darrien who are exceptional bar staff and genuinely nice guys. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying here. We were here for 2 weeks and has been the only hotel in our experience where we were genuinely sorry to leave by the end of the holiday.

The staff is beyond exceptional. The reviews regarding staff was why we booked Sugar Bay and they exceeded our expectations. We can’t say enough about how dedicated they are. The resort is the perfect size. It’s only 3 stories so you can take the stairs if you wish and the beach and restaurants are not overrun by guests. The housekeeping woman we had took great pride in cleaning our room and placed beautiful hibiscus in our room. The extra touches are always appreciated. The beach was beautiful as long as seaweed didn’t come on shore as the staff did not clean it up. The food was exceptional. Every night there was something different which was really nice. Also Collin’s restaurant opens daily for lunch offering a daily special, fish, burgers, hotdog, etc. There are 2 specialty restaurants UMI and Sizzle that can be booked and are both excellent.

Lovely stay! Staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was fantastic and had great amenities. All areas, exterior and interior, were well kept and clean. The main pool was open until 10 pm; great for an evening swim. Lots of things to do at the resort and close to many restaurants. Happy with our stay.

I liked it so much that when I had to return again 3 weeks after my first trip I booked again. Very comfortable and lovely place to stay

Proximity to a beautiful beach. the staff and the sun loungers and all the added bonuses.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff and the girls at the front desk were great to us, very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean with an amazing view of the ocean. And the location is 10/10.
