From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Our flight arrived late in the evening and manager Leesha was there to greet us along with two staff who helped us with our bags to our room. She went above and beyond to enusre our stay was comfortable even giving us her own food as we arrived after everything was closed. The meals were not your average resort bulk food fare. The waitstaff were attentive and fun leaving us with smiles on our faces. The resort was clean and well kept. No surprises when you got to your room. The premises were also well maintained. Luxurious while still feeling welcoming and warm. Again I cannot stress how the staff went above to make us feel. My mother had accessibility needs and they even ensured the right type of vehicle come to pick us up. It was the attention to detail and their concern that really won us over. Lovely stay! Staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was fantastic and had great amenities. All areas, exterior and interior, were well kept and clean. The main pool was open until 10 pm; great for an evening swim. Lots of things to do at the resort and close to many restaurants. Happy with our stay.
