Service, service, service. Very nice staff, in particular mr. Amit Saha. He arranged some things I could not do myself. Room very comfortable and clean, roomservice very good, breakfast good, everything very good. I could even stay a lot longer in my room (till 20.00) bacause of the plane leaving time, without paying anything extra. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Elite Palace in Comilla and overall, I am quite satisfied. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The staff was polite and cooperative. Location-wise, it’s convenient and easy to find. Room service was timely, and the food was also decent. For a short stay, it was comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Very nice hotel in a relatively quiet part of Gulshan. Clean room, great view. The breakfast is especially good. A fantastic range of foods, and the service from Raghu is excellent. Nice pool on the roof.

The staff were wonderful, very helpful for all our requests. We really appreciate the good supply of drinking water in our rooms. Great location. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and freshly prepared eggs, pancakes and dosa's. Coffee and pizzas were great from the ground floor cafe Gulshan Baking Company. Sear bar is a lovely space serving nice cocktails. We missed the jazz music, but prefer the quiet. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us, especially Munni.

The staff was so very kind, hospitable, accommodating and helpful. Top quality. The hotel was very clean, modern and felt completely safe and secure. Rooms were spacious and well appointed and always clean.

The staff was so kind and friendly! When we arrived we had a room upgrade and they proposed a late check out. The day we left, while we were waiting to go to the airport, they proposed to use the swimming pool and offered two drinks at the bar. They also helped us to change some money to pay our Uber! Everyone was so helpful, especially Imran.

WiFi was perfect in the congress center area as well.

Excellent and cosy place, couldn’t even tell I was in Sylhet when in the room. The place was very clean and modern looking and I especially liked the balcony in our room. The service was impeccable, Mr Opurbo was very extremely helpful and looked after our every need. He was very patient with us and did his job with care and consideration. His hospitality definitely requires recognition and reward, as he single-handily handles the operation of the hotel.

Perfect place with international standard in every concern, newly opened. Prime location and relaxing rooftop. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Quite at night. I loved the morning newspaper delivered to the room. Most of all Rony and the staff we're so friendly and helpful. 100 % recommendation
