The reception staff was exceptionally guest friendly. All staff responded to requests and provided needs very satisfactorily. The breakfast and restaurant staff was good.

The hotel service is excellent. Bed is comfortable. Hk service also good. Front office staff Mr. Ashiq and Ms. Sumaiya upgrade my room to suite.

Nice accommodation with homely environment

The staff were wonderful, very helpful for all our requests. We really appreciate the good supply of drinking water in our rooms. Great location. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and freshly prepared eggs, pancakes and dosa's. Coffee and pizzas were great from the ground floor cafe Gulshan Baking Company. Sear bar is a lovely space serving nice cocktails. We missed the jazz music, but prefer the quiet. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us, especially Munni.

Remarkable service and quality. Fully satisfied, specially Staff Zahid vai and Apurba vai was very much helpful and polite. I'd Definitely suggest everyone.

This is a true 4 star hotel. Great location. Great customer service. They maintained a 5star quality. Beds are comfortable. Large spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast. Easy to find in Cumilla.

If you’re thinking of visiting Sylhet, you can forget about all other hotels, this is the only real 5 star in town. And the service can’t be beaten!

Great hotel overall. Location is good, not far from the center and airport. The personnel is extremely helpful and speaks good English. Also, one of the few places in the whole of Bangladesh where I saw a bathtub, which is a huge deal for me. Can't recommend enough, especially for the price they ask. 24/7 restaurant is 🤌
