Hotels in Bangladesh

It was a comfortable stay in a very clean hotel room. The personnel were quite friendly and ready to help anytime. There were slippers, which surprised me a lot. Usually there aren't any in a 3 star hotels. Recommend you if you want to find an oasis in such a specific place.

It is my second time when I travel to Bangladesh (winter time) and stay for 2 weeks in the Jatra Hotel from Dhaka. It looks already like a familiar place for me where I feel cared and safe. The hotel staff is always available and kind: thank you 'Sakib' for your pleasant welcome for me and quick and positive reply to all my needs; thank you 'Mamo' for your frequent assistance and look after me, for cleaning my room, for preparing the breakfast and for your help on the last day to carry my luggage down stairs. These kind of small gestures matter for each person lives there. I really recommend the place, again, for the second time staying there. It is good and safe place for girls, clean rooms, nice view outside the hotel, and other kind of services included to feel comfortable and enjoy!

Staff are exceptionally polite, efficient, and helpful. The room is always very clean and housekeeping cleaned the room in the morning and came around in the afternoon to see if I needed extra help or water. Location is good. Very accessible but away from the area with heavy traffic. Food in the hotel is good and there are bakery, Korean restaurant, seafood restaurant within walking distance too.

Stay was nice and comfortable

I work on the construction of a nuclear power plant. I visited Khulna on a tourist visit. I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, expensive furniture, attentive service and fast WiFi.

Exceptional courteous service by the staff. The hotel is in the heart of the city thus very easy to commute.

WiFi was perfect in the congress center area as well.

Staff was wonderful; so warm and friendly. Faces were all smiling. They certainly care customers a lot.

The property is located in a prime spot right in the heart of the city.

If you’re thinking of visiting Sylhet, you can forget about all other hotels, this is the only real 5 star in town. And the service can’t be beaten!

Excellent and cosy place, couldn’t even tell I was in Sylhet when in the room. The place was very clean and modern looking and I especially liked the balcony in our room. The service was impeccable, Mr Opurbo was very extremely helpful and looked after our every need. He was very patient with us and did his job with care and consideration. His hospitality definitely requires recognition and reward, as he single-handily handles the operation of the hotel.
