Dear management, From Arrival to Departure it was just spot on, As being a hospitality professional for most of my career, i was impressed. We were welcomed and checked in by the Front Office Manager (Tanuj Tewari). Who made us feel truly welcome, no scripted check-in just a heartfelt welcome home for the coming 3 nights. Whenever i went for coffee in the lobby in the morning as i take a French breakfast (coffee and Danish), busy or not, he looks at you and greets you by name regardless. Room had an Insane view over the Bay, it was spacious, clean!, and the bathroom was breathtaking. Thank you to the housekeeping for my laundry, i am impressed by the care you took for my property. Dear Executive Chef and Team, I have ordered room service almost daily, Thank you for the quality and variety of food, the food was very flavorful and tasted fresh. The best hotel around Bab Al-Bahrain. We were greeted with the friendliness of the staff, we were able to check in earlier before15:00. One of our rooms was upgraded to a more spacious one. The bed and pillows are very comfortable to sleep on. Room facilities, furniture and toilets are clean and look very well maintained. There is no car park, but valet parking is provided by the staff and they are very adept at picking up and parking the vehicle. They are very polite and kind. The masjid is right beside the hotel so it's easy for us to go to pray. The hotel library facilities are very good and neatly arranged, the books and magazines provided are interesting to read. Very close to shopping places around Bab Al-Bahrain. The hotel has very good restaurant decoration, very good breakfast and delicious.

Amazing cooperative staff. Did everything to make stay more comfortable. Very clean nice ambience. Kids club staff is wonderful. I had to go early to my office meeting so asked if I could pack my breakfast and leave. The duty manager was so cooperative and wonderful I really felt at home because of the hospitality and genuine smiles by the staff.
