My experience at hotel was absolutely amazing the room was nice the staff were incredibly friendly miss najwa and miss tamseen always going above and beyond thank you mr mohamed rabbi make me a very good coffee and he was very welcoming and cheerful

a new hotel and upscale and respectable and first class family hotel . the location is close to the walkway and cafes and restaurants . it,s very Quiet hotel & safe . the check in and check out procedures was fast and convenient & I would like to mention Mr.Bawasha and Mr. Alaa from Reception desk . the breakfast was delicious and varied .

Such a amazing hotel and personal. They gave us free upgrate, our apartman was amazing, super clean. Thank you so much. If i am traveling to Bahrain i know where to stay, plus really good location.

Dear management, From Arrival to Departure it was just spot on, As being a hospitality professional for most of my career, i was impressed. We were welcomed and checked in by the Front Office Manager (Tanuj Tewari). Who made us feel truly welcome, no scripted check-in just a heartfelt welcome home for the coming 3 nights. Whenever i went for coffee in the lobby in the morning as i take a French breakfast (coffee and Danish), busy or not, he looks at you and greets you by name regardless. Room had an Insane view over the Bay, it was spacious, clean!, and the bathroom was breathtaking. Thank you to the housekeeping for my laundry, i am impressed by the care you took for my property. Dear Executive Chef and Team, I have ordered room service almost daily, Thank you for the quality and variety of food, the food was very flavorful and tasted fresh. Perfect location, brand new hotel, excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. I travel a lot and this one truly deserves a full 10/10 in all aspects. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beyond my expectations, indeed! Hotel is well located close to the Bahrain fort and Seef Mall. All of the staff was eager to help and serve as much as possible. There was a broad variety of food in breakfast and could satisfy everyone's preference. Special thanks to Nisa, Evita and Mijari who served me. The gym was well equipped and the pool area was sufficient to enjoy the sun and a few relaxing moments. Room was spacious and had everything I could need. This hotel made my stay in Bahrain both safe and comfortable.

Wow! So excellent ! From beginning to end we were treated as VIPs at all times - the staff are amazing, so polite & helpful. The premises are beautiful and the location just perfect, near the souk. Our room was of utmost comfort, with perfect sized pillows and a beautiful view. The breakfast was fantastic, with all sorts of varieties. The staff again, super friendly and attentive. The swimming pool was super nice and we also tried the Teatro restaurant which was delicious 5 stars to the staff who was fantastic!! Many thanks for making us feel special during our stay 😍
