Hotels in Burundi

A really enjoyable stay. It’s only a small place, but that made it very homely. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I had a great fish dish for dinner. The host , Val, is most welcoming and I had a great evening siting at the bar, although I wish my French was better. It’s located reasonably centrally, about 15min walk to the centre.

Enclosed space with beautiful garden, clean and quiet, makes you forget the hassle and bassle outside. No pressure to pay on arrival, paid at end, staff always very helpful

The breakfast was great and included with the room; the dinners were great including custom made salads and a great pool for swimming laps.

Pretty much everything, a great little oasis in what appears to be the hotel area, only a minute or two taxi ride from the main street for nice restaurants and shopping. Room was great with lovely views everything was perfect, hilton in Europe and us could learn a lot from the management here. Breakfast was fine but the view from the breakfast table was second to none.

The Owner and staff is very cooperative and supportive. food is good. Owner is very down to earth.

In the centre city. Convenience to walk around for eye shopping. The place is quiet. The staff are lovely and available to help. They prepare your breakfast at your convenience. Lovely food. No need to buy food outside the Hotel.

Staff was veey nice and helping, when I needed water, they brought water from the street.

The 4 poster beds looked fabulous. The staff were super helpful when it came to carrying my suitcases. They were very friendly. I really appreciated the aircon to.

The staff and Management team were very helpful and looked after me as being a solo traveler and first time Burundi .

This hotel FAR exceeded my expectations. The staff are SO helpful, friendly and professional. Their staff are outstanding. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and I found the food to be exceptional. We stayed for two weeks. A special mention to Richard who runs the restaurant - this guy is VERY good at his job, showing attention to detail with an exemplary customer service approach. My son also had a minor illness and the hotel doctor was brilliant. I travel a lot with my son, and usually we're ready to leave at the end of the trip, but in this instance we could have stayed another month! I can highly recommend this hotel.
