This hotel FAR exceeded my expectations. The staff are SO helpful, friendly and professional. Their staff are outstanding. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and I found the food to be exceptional. We stayed for two weeks. A special mention to Richard who runs the restaurant - this guy is VERY good at his job, showing attention to detail with an exemplary customer service approach. My son also had a minor illness and the hotel doctor was brilliant. I travel a lot with my son, and usually we're ready to leave at the end of the trip, but in this instance we could have stayed another month! I can highly recommend this hotel.

the hotel itself has europian standard. super clean and well maintained. staying this hotel, i have forgotton i am in Brundi. restaurant is very tasty. in addition, the staffs are sooo nice. it is surprise that such a hotel is in a town far from capital.
